“I had to wait longer than expected for the delivery of this sofa but I expect this with anything made to order. Custer service was excellent they were always available to talk to so was kept informed of the status of my order. When it finally arrived I was not disappointed. It’s absolutely gorgeous. It came in a box and the sofa was protected with a big dust bag like a designer handbag. Highly recommend Baker and Stonehouse”
