“We bought this chair earlier this year, and we were so impressed we ordered another within 3 hrs! We waited 10 weeks for delivery and although and were slightly disappointed by the second seat. It looks the same but is not as comfortable. It has a harder/stiffer seat and the turning mechanism is not as smooth and is slightly graunchy. If we had this one first we would have been pleased, but it is the comparison that has made us a bit disappointed!”
