“Purchased 2 of the Pellaro swivel chairs, very happy with them. Unfortunately it took too long to receive them and the lack of communication from customer services was very frustrating. Promised return calls never happened on 2 occasions, one chairs went 'missing' and turned up the day after after I requested a refund and collection of the first chair. I never did hear back from customer service about the refund or even to check if the chair arrived. This was my first purchase and will definitely be my last from Barker & Stonehouse”
