“The actual chairs are amazing. The service I have received from Barker and Stone House has been very mediocre and unorganised to say the least. I initially ordered 4 Otto dining chairs from my local shop, paid an additional fee for delivery and waited over 10 days for the chairs to arrive; only to receive 2 Otto chairs and 2 other random chairs that not sure how they got that wrong. Emailed customer service and they assured me I was going to have to wait another 2 weeks to get the right ones as there was a mistake from their warehouse side. The day arrived and guess what! I got delivered the wrong chairs once more. Every time I spoke to Customer Service they made me feel as if this was my fault and never prioritized or suggested to prioritize my issue. I ended up having to go and collect the chairs over 35 miles away as it was that or having to wait till they could confirm delivery which it would have been another week without a dining set. At this point I think is fair to get a refund on the delivery I paid as I have to take time off work and spend petrol money going all the way to
Middlesbrough.”
