“Large clocks are 10 a penny now and freely available but this one stands out as a cut above the norm. It has a home in the hall above a small console table and is very happy there.”
“1) delayed delivery and once the clock finally arrived had a message in the box stating it was faulty
2) returned the clock and was promised a new one but had stock issues so had to wait several weeks. Finally the second one arrived only to not have a working mechanism.
3) Nothing but an apology and promise of a third clock that at this point nobody knows whether it will work.
I’m not sure whether this style of clock is just very poorly made or Barker and Stonehouse are dropping their usually high standards. Very disappointed and has made us question whether we want to shop here again”
“The clock came and the wooden frame was cracked seemed very cheaply made and put together for the price of it. I looked els for the clock as well and it come up on websites almost £30 cheaper”
