“This is the second new chair I have had which has broken and although I have had the dining set for nearly 11 years it's only used on Special occasions and has be used no more than 25 times the chair always break at the upper leg joint which is caused by an extremely poor Morris and Tennon joint which has a lot of measurement errors making the joints strength the glue only. After years of using the older Barker and Stonehouse furniture, I will never buy from them again. After the first chair that broke I took it back to Barker and Stonehouse to see if it coukd be repaired but the salesman was not interested and could not even tell me where to repair it.”
“Lovely comfortable chairs that came with our dining set, however, one of the chairs was scratched and had to be sent back. Took the three weeks for delivery”
