“Firstly, the sofa itself is just wonderful. Really stylish and so comfortable. We shopped around and considered a few cheaper online ones but decided to go and actually sit in one at a showroom and immediately decided this was the one! The reclining features provide such a comfortable and relaxing seating/lounging position, plenty of different tilting and neck/head positions to get to the optimum comfortable position.
The unit itself came in two sections so was slightly more straightforward to get delivered. The chaps who came to deliver we're friendly and on time. They didn't quite get the fit right first time but the speed of response and the level of customer support was unbelievably impressive. We flagged the issue with customer services and they were so quick and helpful, sending out a follow up engineer to adjust a few things to make sure it was installed properly and then following up to make sure everything was now ok.
