“Loved the chair as did my cat as per photo attached but I as so disappointed at the actual delivery and attitude of the men who delivered it, when the box the chair came in wouldn’t go through the front door and I as told it was as against company policy to attempt to help me but on the assurance that when the chair was out of the box it would fit through without any trouble. It didn’t and it took several hours to get it indoors when my grandson came to help !
I would add that my husband and are both 75 he had Alzheimer’s and is very unsteady on feet and I have chronic arthritis in spine and hips so the whole experience was really upsetting! I think you should have a warning on the website so help can be pre arranged ! I was fortunate as my grandson was readily available to help but other people might not be so lucky ! Very disappointing and I’ll never order from your company again as much as I love your products!!!”
