“The furniture is an excellent upgrade from our previous chairs. Comfortable to sit on. Good lower back support unlike a large majority of the chairs in store. Customer service in store at Knaresborough was excellent - even when we went in and added two more to the original order of 6. Quick and easy change to the original order etc.
The only issue we had was the delivery. Out of the 8 chairs we bought 4 were damaged in transit - all where legs had snapped completely. Whether this was because of DPD, who they chose to use, rather than their own delivery vans I am not sure. But for 4 separate ones to be damaged was not acceptable. Luckily they had enough stock in place as the worry was they would not be available for Christmas.”
