“The chair is mostly fine but it is missing a hole in its underside where the feet attach.
The customer service from Barker and Stinehouse is very poor. I contacted them as soon as the chair was delivered to let them know of the fault. I was told to send an email to the customer service team which I did. I have chased this up twice since and no one has bothered to call me. Not impressed at all.”
“Lovely chair, looks just like the picture. The legs had to come off due to narrow entrance/hallway, but the Barker&Stonehouse delivery people dealt with it fast and efficiently. Not only great furniture, but excellent service. Thank you”
