“Such a pretty item, it looks beautiful with a tealight in it.
My only complaint (and the reason for the mediocre rating) is the packaging - I bought 3 similar glass items at the same time and they arrived in 2 HUGE boxes full of enough polystyrene nuggets to pollute the planet singlehandedly for the next millenium! Disappointing that B&S is so oroud of its green credentials! I bought similar items from another (similar) company on line and they also arrived safe and sound, wrapped in card and recycled paper padding so B&S can't use the 'safety in transit' excuse. Whilst I love B&S stuff, I'd be reluctant to buy from them again until they sort this out.”
