“We have had a lot of issues with our couch and after having two sofas returned due to quality issues we now have our lovely new couch I have to say that during all of the process we have had nothing but outstanding customer service from Barker and Stonehouse issues happen but they sorted everything out in a respectful and courteous manner thank you for all your help we love our couch it is beautiful kind regards Andrew and Dawn”
“I've marked this only as 3 stars,as the pouffe won't attach to the metal bit,also the corner part of the sofa,the cushion you sit on is much softer then the rest.Also sum of the back cushions aren't filled as much as I would like them to be,there's more material then cushion,rang up to complain,to be told take photos send them over to the team.Not the service I'd expect from barker&stone house.as of today its over a week I have not heard anythink back.aboustley appauling.the sofa is a lovely tweedy mix it is really better than I expected but would never have purchased had I'd known,the after sales service would be so bad.”

“For the money we have paid we are not impressed at all on first appearance the sofa looks nice but we both believe it isn’t made very well at all one repair and a seat infill replacement after only two weeks is not good at all i can see more issues arising with this sofa as it is not what we believe to be good quality if it was we wouldn’t be booking repairs after two weeks”
