“We have already used the call out to fix a stain and they came promptly and the sofa is good as new. I would give a higher review however I have never received the cleaning kit that was included in the cover - despite calling the store and being promised that it would be sent.”
“This is a good example of why these reviews are so often pointless.
The product concerned is a five-year care plan for leather seating products which we have owned for two months. it would be somewhat concerning if we had needed to take advantage of the care plan already!
We hope that the care plan will serve its purpose - and we can confirm that the customer service Barker and Stonehouse have given us with our actual furniture purchase has been very good despite the best efforts of Stressless (the very inappropriately named manufacturer).”
