“I have not used mine yet as sofa was damaged upon delivery, this was begining of July and I still wait for replacement. I immediately contacted Barker & Stonehouse to request they suspend my cover until the arrival of new sofa. Still waiting for a response.”
“I can't really comment on something I haven't used yet. I got it because my previous sofa had terrible leather on the front at the point where you would sit. Within a couple of years it had rubbed through and had turned to suede! really poor quality leather. Luckily this one looks better.”

“Unfortunately, one of the two chairs we purchased was instantly showing faults. Almost every time it was sat on, and stood up from, it made a cracking sound. It began not to swivel properly (ie wouldn't turn very far to the right). The cracking did happen a couple of times with the other chair though not regularly.
In addition, the leather puckered quite badly on both chairs from day one.
The issues were very swiftly dealt with by B & S after-sales and Technical team and a satisfactory solution was quickly expedited.
We had no reason or time to make use of the Leather Care Plan that we had taken out.”
