“We purchased six Kerr Dining Chairs and within two weeks of delivery two of them became faulty with a creaking backrest. These were replaced only to discover that one of the replacements was suffering in exactly the same way. This has now been replaced.
Throughout this procedure the staff were both courteous and efficient although the delivery period for the replacements was rather extended.
We have purchased items from your company before and although these chairs were exactly what we wanted we felt that the quality was not up to your usual standard and are therefore concerned as to their long-term serviceability.”
