However, delivery was another matter. Fully appreciate the Ts and Cs say they will deliver to the door and further if safe to do so. We have a large drive with good access and have had a B&S sofa delivered to our lounge. This armchair was too big to go through the front door in its packaging. We asked if they would unpack it since the occupant of the house at the time was ill. They refused and left.
Previous experience is that sofas are unwrapped before coming in so why not for a smaller single chair.
The product is great, the experience not so. We were also in the market for another sofa but based on this we went to Sofology...100% better experience from start to finish including the availability of staff to actually take the order in the first place.”
