“The whole experience of buying my odyssey sofas has been awful. Just so disappointing. Delivered damaged with cushions missing. Replacement had two different foam inners, one extremely uncomfortable. Whole thing smells weird and squeaks whenever the cushions move against each other.”

Got loan sofa but only a short time before delivery!!! Promised delivery date then sofa not in!!! Very frustrating!!!”

Well, I have to say my sofa from B&S has definitely been done as I spilled red wine on it and it cleaned immediately without the slightest trace - not a mark, ring or any discolouration on a pale grey sofa!!
