“I received the wrong coloured chair - after contacting customer services I was put in touch with the branch where I placed the order - it was not clear why I received the wrong chair but I was told they had one in the store so I drove from Manchester to Leeds and returned the wrong chair and picked up the one available in the shop - I asked if I could have my delivery charge refunded and I was assured I would receive that but I wasn’t contacted again and didn’t receive the refund - although I was pleased to get the correct coloured chair it definitely appeared more worn than the new one I had incorrectly delivered. The delivery process was also disappointing- I was told the week it would be delivered and then on the Monday what day it would arrive only being phoned on the day of delivery with a time slot which was difficult to plan my work commitments around.”
