“I didn't want to write this review but I'm responding to the B&S Write a Review request for Good or Bad.
I purchased the Evesham 2 Door Sliding Robe Wardrobe from my local B&S store, this was an ex-display item. I went to see the unit at the local B&S store and the B&S staff member was excellent (the service you know you will always receive) we looked over the unit thoroughly and I accepted there were some store / display related marks on the item. The wardrobes were professionally dismantled by the B&S technical team, packaged up and delivered to our home a few weeks later, the B&S delivery service team were excellent as usual. It wasn't until around 4weeks after the delivery I was ready to re-assemble the unit (after I had finished decorating our daughter's room) and during unpacking/assembly of the wardrobe, I noticed significant damage to some of the sections of the unit, beyond reasonable repair. Prior to finding the damage we had ordered the Evesham Bed and the Evesham 3 Drawer unit to complete the set. We Love the Evesham range of bedroom furniture unfortunately the damage caused has resulted in a generous 1-star rating we are stuck with a badly damaged wardrobe.”
