“I'm very happy with the dining chairs, they are very comfortable and look great. However I was not impressed with the delivery. The driver just dumped the boxes on the drive and said to my husband you now have some work to do. My husband is in his eighties. This is not the service I expect from Barker and Stonehouse.”
“Lovely looking and comfortable chairs but let down by the legs and feet. Several chairs had to be replaced because they wobbled. The hard plastic pads, which in theory allow you to remove any wobble, rattle terribly.
We eventually got 6 chairs that didn't wobble, took off the plastic adjusters and put on sticky felt pads.
A lot of work but we love the chairs.”
