“Replacing an ancient sofa I needed something to provide excellent lumbar support. With it's 5 springs in the back, I do believe this is the best on the market. Unfortunately my needs are significant and, for prolonged use, it doesn't quite provide the support I get from my Alexander Rose garden steamer chair which has an inwardly-curved lumbar region (unfortunately no longer made). So I have had to return to using that but still enjoy looking at the Stressless Consul which is extremely well made, a thing of modern beauty, and I am sure very comfortable for 99% of users.”
