“Appalling. Ordered this bookcase and it came with 2 cracked shelves. One was in 2 pieces only held together by the wood underneath. Rang customer service and was told that it was now not in stock. I was offered a small amount of money back if I accepted the fault. Really! We’re not talking of a small chip in the shelf. We’re talking 2 shelves cracked in half. Got a refund but expected better of this supplier. Maybe they should concentrate on quality rather than opening new fancy stores”
