Chair. However DPD delivery used by Barker & Stonehouse was a disaster, with legs sticking through the completely broken boxes. Luckily they had been very well packaged inside. Wish they would use a reputable delivery service.”
“These have to be the best dining chairs we have had. Reason being, the swivel action makes them so easy and comfortable to sit and manoeuvre in them.
Yes, they are heavier due to the swivel base and there are pads which can stick or drag on polished porcelain tiles, but you can buy plastic gliders from Screwfix which make them easy to slide along the floor.
Wouldn't recommend for carpeted areas due to this, but perfect for smooth surfaces.
We had 6 chairs already so we purchased a final 2 to make 8 when we found they were reduced to approx £150.
Fabric and cushioning is great and the blue shade always garners complementary comments from visitors.
These will be part of the house for man, many years.
I can't see us going back to ordinary chairs.”
