“Loved the chairs seen in the Hull branch, although they were scattered through the shop and some were going cheap, but had signs of wear. I specifically asked that the 4 chairs I purchased would be made to order and not made up of any four chairs seen. I was told that the order would take three weeks to be manufactured, however when the chairs arrived there were two decent chairs and two shabby chairs, which had poorly filled and showed signs of wear. I returned the chairs and demanded a refund, which wasn't easy to get a full refund. I would never use this company again.”
