“The lamp itself is lovely, however, the problem was that the plug was European and so would need an adapter. The store did offer to reimburse the cost of the adaptor after I purchase but personally, it was a bit of a turn-off for me.”
“Ordered lamp in February, finally received in April with two broken spokes on shade and broken bulb fitting, shocking quality and even worse customer service. Never again !!!”
