It is a little firmer than my old sofa, but still comfy enough.

“On Arrival of my sofa, i was not happy with the leather used, it felt like a sample or ex demo piece, having spoken to customer services they were very helpful and offered a discount or replacement sofa. I choose a replacement which although took over a month, i was able to use the other sofa in the meantime. the new sofa has arrived and the old sofa taken away and i am very happy with my purchase.”
