“Easy collection and not too expensive. However, the colour of the seat didn't match the rest of the bench or the table and bench I'd previously bought from the same range. Was told the inconsistency in colour was part of the design. I've left a photo for you to be the judge.
We later found a protruding screw that scratched my daughter and were given £50 compensation. Disappointing quality from such a trusted brand.”
“this would have got 5 stars if teh designer had thought about alligning the feet of the bench to sit within the feet of the table. my OCD errupts when the bench is pushed in and sits out of kilter. the table itself is great, we really like it”
“The design is good but the quality of wood is poor. There were cracks in the wood, and I had to send it back. It didn't seem that much wood craftsmanship went into that. It's quite pricey furniture so I expected better quality than it is. If it was done well it'll be a 5-star.”
