“we ordered four in different colours and this one arrived with a hole and deep scratch on the chair back. It was collected. We awaited the replacement for several days. We were disappointed that we had to go and collect the replacement chair ourselves from the warehouse, in order to have it in time for our needs.
Apart from this we love the chair, but feel the replacement should have been the same time as collection of the damaged chair.
