“Hi - we are very happy with the Jasper chair,however less Impressed with the purchase experience.
Having ordered and paid for a single chair I was when contacted to collect the chair asked for payment for a second chair.This was quickly rectified.
However when i collected the chair and got it home it was missing the rotation plate .This again rectified, with the part delivered within the hour.
