“1. Fabric very thin punctures very easily
2. Poor service when delivered, the team that delivered fit legs wrong way round so had to change myself
3. Feel mis-sold insurance policy, salesman said that was insurance that covered for pet damage. When read terms and condition it states no insurance and any repair is discretionary and may not be fixed. Would not have taken out if that was made clear at point of sale
