“Love the size & shape of this table and chairs however the quality is poor. We've had to have the table mended as the wood is so soft it has crumbled in places, and the buttons on the bench pop off easily but you are not able to stick them back on as they buttons are hollow and so no way of supergluing them on.
I have complained to Barker and Stonehouse, they came out to fix the crumbled holes in the table, but did not entertain the idea of having the whole table treated to protect the rest of the wood from doing the same.”
