“Items were delivered 4 weeks later than originally quoted.
When delivered, the legs were not on the van and the table top had a huge dent taken out of it. Barker and Stonehouse stated they would send somebody to repair the damage.
Legs were delivered the following day and it was clear why they were not included on the original delivery as they had a split through them meaning they couldn’t support the weight of the table.
Being made to wait 16 weeks and then being delivered a product so damaged it was not fit for purpose was shocking.
Would not recommend.”
“Very poor quality and now currently in dispute of a 4th table that once again is damaged - I am furious to say the least and such shockingly bad customer service too. Chunks of squared pieces of wood glued in to where natural knots within the wood should be!! I would say after 4 faulty tables - DO NOT BUY”
