“Lovely chairs so much that we ordered more . My only complaint lis that the first order was delivered to a neighbour but I wasn’t even aware they were being delivered , no notification from B&S at all. Second order I called 3 times to advise them I would be in holiday at certain times and 3 times I was told it had been noted … guess what? They were delivered whilst we were away ! Luckily I managed to speak to my neighbours to take the delivery ..
Better communication would be advised B&S”
“Happy with the chairs, comfortable and easy to assemble. Disappointing that 1 of the 4 chairs has a mark on the fabric. Customer Services were very quick to reply and reorder a replacement, however after 2weeks this replacement hasn’t arrived despite being in stock.”

Only thing is it’s says natural colour velvet , but when they arrived there dark. More taupe colour than natural”
