“Whilst this mattress is comfortable and compliments our Ercol Terrano bed, it is three inches short of laying the full length in the bed frame. This means that with our movement in bed, the mattress migrates to the foot of the bed leaving a gap at the head into which the pillows end up. This is a problem not confined to this mattress I recall when we had another slatted bed our mattress behaved in a similar manner . Thus one would think that the manufacturers of mattresses and bed frames would make products that whilst perfect in all other respects, do not fit snugly together.
Apart from this the mattress is comfortable, is easy to turn and is light enough to be able to be managed by one person.
The mismatch in size does not affect our use of the mattress and we still sleep well on it.”
