“The sofa itself is excellent quality and very comfortable. Unfortunately, my delivery experience was complete chaos.
The delivery team were quite rough with both the sofa and my house while trying to get it into the room. Before delivery, I provided all the measurements to the sales team, and they confirmed that the sofa would fit through the hallway and the door. However, they didn't seem to take into account that the sofa would be wrapped for delivery, making it larger than its stated dimensions.
Rather than approaching the delivery strategically by working out the best angles and manoeuvring it carefully, the delivery team simply tried to force it through. As a result, they damaged the sofa, my door frame, and my stair rails.
I also don't understand why the middle support leg is significantly higher than the others and doesn't even come close to touching the floor. It seems like it isn't providing any support at all, which is concerning.
Overall, I'm very happy with the quality and comfort of the sofa, but the delivery process and the damage caused to both my property and the sofa left me disappointed.”
“A beautiful piece of furniture, which not only looks great but is comfortable to sit on. It's a firm sofa and isn't too low to the floor. All positives in my opinion. It's easy to hoover underneath too!”
