“This item was delivered in a plain brown box (rather than Beyblade branded) which had been defaced with delivery stickers. This resulted in it looking like cheap tat, totally unsuitable as a Santa gift. I sent an email explaining this and asking how to return it. I received a very unhelpful 'that's just how it is' reply and the respondent totally ignored my request for details on how to return it. I wouldn't recommend this product if you intend to give it as a gift. I certainly wouldn't recommend this company. They may have got the better of me this time, to the tune of £30, but it will cost them in the long run. I have 3 children to buy toys for and they will be purchased elsewhere.”
