Made the car up but discovered it had pieces that had broken off. Contacted Bargain Max and requested a return and refund. Unfortunately. They took ages to agree this citing their supplier had not contacted them. After a week or more I contacted PayPal who I had paid for the item through. Bargain Nax contacted me the next day obviously having been contacted by Pay Pal. They agreed to pay for the postage for the return. I used Evri to return it in the original packaging and Bargain Max did refund the postage. However, Evri e.mailed me to say the package was overweight and if I wanted it delivered I would have to pay anther £10. I requested Bargain Max pay tge additional cist but they said they would not as the package was over the original weight. I e.mailed them to say the there was no way it was over the original weight as it was exactly the same item and packaging it had arrived in. I then got an e.mail telling me they would pay tge extra postage which they did. Whilst the saga ended positively my experience would tell me not to use Bargain Max again.
