“Unfortunately we had a faulty one as some of the joints wouldn't move, even tho opposite ones did. Mattel confirmed that was a fault , so got in touch with bargain max and they quickly sent a replacement...so the toy itself has got 3 points as it was defective. Customer care was brilliant though”

“Apart from yodel’s delivery the process was flawless. When I phoned and complained about yodel having the parcel for over a week and denying its replacement was dispatched and received promptly. It was exactly how advertised. Bargain max were great yodel not so much”
