“I am extremely disappointed with the lightsaber I received. Despite being advertised as a new product, it arrived with significant damage indicative of prior use. The product was well-packaged, so it's clear the damage did not occur during shipping. The copper on the side is badly scratched, and the light was broken and cracked on the hilt. Additionally, there is general wear and tear on the whole hilt, making it evident that this item was used and possibly dropped before being sold to me. Selling a used and damaged product as new is not only misleading but also illegal under consumer protection laws. I expected a brand-new item, and this experience has been incredibly frustrating. I would not recommend purchasing from this seller if they cannot ensure the integrity and honesty of their listings.”

“Item arrived in under 36 hours! Superb! As accurate as you can get to the film version. Stunning all metal hilt with amazing light and sound effects! Absolute bargain! A must for any fan or would be Jedi!”
