“Unfortunately there’s too many faults when I received this bike for my daughter. The peddles don’t work so you can pedal backwards but not forwards, the bolts keep loosening and the breaks are faulty. Had to take it to Halfords to get it fixed up properly.”

Hello Jo, Thanks for leaving feedback and we will be sure to pass this feedback onto the supplier who provide the parts to build the bike, I would advise you to make contact with us via email in the first instance so that we can seek advice from the supplier to see if they can provide additional parts for you, but as you have already taken this to Halfords, I'm guessing the problems have been resolved.
