“We received the bike and the brakes were broken. Thankfully we had this resolved quickly and a replacement sent. Unfortunately when the replacement arrived the brakes still wasn't working. I am still yet to receive a message on how to get this sent back and refunded. I have sent 2 messages in the space of 2 weeks.”
