“My review is not actually of the product due to Never recieved the item, Evri confirmed that they had made a mistake by just leaving it on my door step in the middle of the day. When I raised the issue with bargain max, I was made to feel like I was being dishonest, and told to fill a form out and that the police could be involved when investigated. I was extremely disappointed, I have not filled the form out and have just written this off to a purchase gone wrong and have lost my faith in the company altogether at this point. My photo is of what evri believed was a proof of delivery.”

Good morning Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and I am sorry you have never received your item. The form we have asked you to complete is called a Denial of Receipt. We do also advise that we will complete a full investigation when parcels go missing, not necessarily because we believe a customer is lying but if parcels are being taken , whether this be by opportunists who see the parcel and take it or any else this is something we want to stop happening. I am truly sorry if you felt we were being accusatory to yourself. If you could fill in the form and send it back that would be greatly appreciated as we would not want you to pay for something you have not received.
