“Extremely disappointed with the drift trike. Order arrived as indicated within 2 -3 days. Fairly easy to assemble. As per manufacture recommendations first charge should be 12 hours, there after 7 hours, this allows about 20 minutes actual use. But my drift tike developed a fault on first use, contacted Bargainmax who referred me to the manufacturor as it was covered by 1 year warranty. I explained my issue to the manufacturer attaching video footage and proof of purchase to customer services,sadly the manufacturer responded back saying they were unable to offer any help other than a big fat sorry as there wasn't any replacement parts that they could send out, based on the footage/video I sent them they came to the conclusion that the motor was faulty. I was then asked to contact Barginmax who then intern instigated a return process. Item has been sent back to barginmax, nothing offered interms of any compensation or goodwill gesture, still waiting my refund. Would I buy again, the answer to that would a NO. Disappointed with manufacturer.”
