“Bought 2 of these... Awful products BOTH of them ate faulty, lights on the wheels don't work, stickers look like a 3 yr old stuck them on (they are peeling off and bubbling. Locking mechanism on one was completely broke. And the motor on both I'd very loud and cuts on and off. I got a full refund after submitting evidence of that state of these. I DO NOT recommend parents purchasing the xootz electric scooter. I purchased them because the price was quite decent compared to others, but absolute piece of trash they both are. Both faulty as well. If you want an electric scooter for your kids I recommend buying a completely different brand”

“I've taken it out the box and charged it up so far it looks amazing. Unsure of performance as it's for my wee boys Christmas so he hasn't gotten it yet but I'm so excited to see their faces as it looks quality!”
