“I have received an email from Hermes to say my parcel has been delivered and they have attached a photograph of it sitting in the doorway of someone's house that is NOT MINE! So I wish I could rate this product but unfortunately you use a completely inadequate delivery service. I have tried contacting Hermes and my only option is an online android which was of no help whatsoever. I hope you can help”
