“I can’t comment on toy because it is for Xmas therefore unopened! However, just want to say the customer service from Bargainmax was fantastic! I emailed to say I didn’t receive one item and I had a response very quickly afterwards apologising and offering a refund or replacement. It turned out the item had gone out of stock , I was given a further apology and an immediate refund. Really appreciated the quick responses and the apolgies, just emphasised your approach to good customer service. I will continue to use your services. Only downside I would say is my package took a while to arrive however this could be due to postal strikes also. Keep up the great work and great prices too. Thank you.”
