Here at barbless-flies.co.uk we supply selections of barbless flies to the river & stillwater fly angler. We specialise in supplying fishing flies in size 14 and smaller. As you will see from the products on our website, we supply boxed selections of flies (be it either nymphs, dries or a mixture of both). All of the flies we supply we have successfully fished with ourselves and have found them to be long-lasting and excellent imitations. “I am a newbie trout angler who has fished for coarse fish all my life. I’m 72 years old so have lots of experience of carp, barbel, pike etc but must admit that fly selection is a mystery. This little book goes a long way to de-mystifying the process. Especially helpful is the monthly run down of the suggested fly to try. A great little book!”

“Had a great day at my local stillwater yesterday. Had a quick look in the almanac for ideas of flies to use so tried a floating beetle pattern which tempted a fish on my second cast.
