“Very disappointed with this baby monitor. Monitor is great and it was great until two days after I had it when the screen just went black for no reason despite being plugged into the mains at the time so it was fully charged! Contacted Baby Monitors Direct who told me to return it to them for repair or replacement! Not sure what I was supposed to do in the meantime as I bought the alarm to monitor my mum who's 91 and had a bad fall. I have had to sleep on the settee downstairs since not having the alarm working which is very uncomfortable and annoying.”
