“The reason I gave this order a poor was not because of the shirt- it was because of the service. I ordered this shirt on Dec. 2 and it finally got to me January 5. It was promised December 12. My granddaughter needed it for Christmas but did not get it. I emailed several times with the email marked "urgent" but got no answer. I called Aztec Diamond which is an out of the country call but received a message that said you were all at a horse show with no chance to even leave a voicemail. I had completely given up on receiving the order when it came.
I will obviously not be placing another order with you.”
