“I ordered the gravel on line when it arrived it didn't match the existing gravel, I asked AWBS if I could get it exchanged they said there would be a 50% restocking fee which is a bit steep considering I only live a couple of miles from the depot. I think I will stick to Jewsons in future.”

“The gravel itself was fine, the delivery was not. Even though I asked AWBs to contact me before delivery and although I told them access was tight, they turned up unexpectedly with a lorry too big to get to the site. It would be great if AWBs could read the comments on the order.”
